I accidentally ordered small but needed large. Spoke to a gentleman on the number on the website and he was really helpful. He changed my order and I got the size I needed. I bought a pair and I think they are the best supports I have ever used (I have osteoarthritis in both knees. If I has 1 small criticism it that the top band could be a little wider as sometimes they roll down a little.

The plus side is this brace does take away almost all of the pain but on the negative side this product actually fell to bits after a few days of where. Yes they have replaced it and after 2 days it is still in one piece so fingers crossed.
