Once your order arrives, you have 30 days to raise a return request. After your request is accepted, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product has been handled in a way that diminishes its original value.

Pack It Up: Place the item securely in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition it arrived. Attach your proof of purchase to the inside of the parcel.

Send It Back: For UK customers, returns are free. International customers are responsible for returning postage costs. You don’t need to step out. We will dispatch our own courier agent straight to your doorstep to collect the package. The agent will thoroughly check the product and return it to us. Sit back- we will handle the rest. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

Back To Your Account: Once your return is approved, the credited amount will be reflected in your bank account within 3-4 days.

Allow a Little Time: Sometimes it takes longer than you think. Depending on your bank and payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account. So, stay relaxed; the refund amount is already on its way.
